• Software as a Service (SaaS)
• Data Analytics driven products
• Legal/Tax & Accounting/Healthcare/Medical Device

Revenues

• US $500,000 to US $10 million

EBITDA (Cash Flow)

• Positive cash flow desired but not expected

Investment Size

• US $100,000 to US $1,000,000

Form of Investment

• Equity – preferred (will consider common)
• Convertible debt to preferred stock
• SAFE’s - not typically considered
• LLC’s - not typically considered (C-Corp only)

Geography

• National – US, and select global markets

Other Criteria

• WELM DOES INVEST in B2B businesses and products
• WELM DOES NOT INVEST in retail businesses, consumer products businesses, pure services businesses, or franchise businesses
