WELM’s investment thesis values companies with products and services generating recurring revenues, where customer service, product quality and innovation create value for customers and investors. We have expertise in assisting companies in transitioning from a transaction-based business model to a recurring revenue business model.
As part of taking a stake in the business, WELM offers expertise to founders and management as an active partner. Depending on the nature of the business, this expertise may be through advisory services, recommending talent additions, consulting (typically corporate strategy, go-to-market, operations and M&A), and/or serving as a member of corporate boards.
