If our initial review supports continued consideration of the proposal, we will contact you to meet with the management team in order to discuss the company, industry and opportunity.  Our due diligence processes are disciplined and fair, and designed to insure that both parties are informed and educated as to the capabilities of the other.  At WELM Ventures, you will interact directly with the principal, and not with bureaucracies and committees requiring multiple layers of approvals.  Upon making a commitment, we dedicate the time and energy required to manage the process professionally and efficiently to a timely close.

We respond to all proposals which fit our guidelines within 30 days.
