At the core of our investment strategy is a focus on early stage operating companies with revenues of $500,000 to $5 million. In general, we seek to identify businesses for investment which have existing customers and proof of concept or market-ready products, experienced management teams, and which exist in high growth markets and/or customer segments. In particular, we focus on companies which offer business to business (B2B) products in multiple technology categories, and in a variety of industries. Additionally, we value companies which can generate high percentages of recurring revenues, where customer service, product quality and innovation create value for customers and investors.
Our goal is to be active participants with management and the board of directors by providing capital, strategic planning expertise, and experience-based advice and support. As shareholders and investors, we do not seek to run the businesses of our portfolio companies – we rely on the management teams of our portfolio companies to oversee day-to-day operations.
